The body of Jupiter Piccolo (JPC-1010) is made of impact-resistant, maintenance-free ABS resin for a sound similar to that of natural wood. It includes an E mechanism as is found on professional model piccolos. The durability of this instrument makes it ideal for beginners, while its accurate intonation helps students develop a good ear.
