The VideoMic NTG is RØDE’s most versatile VideoMic ever. Bringing the signature broadcast-quality sound of the NTG shotgun mic range to a compact, feature-packed VideoMic, it’s the perfect audio solution for every kind of content creator. The VideoMic NTG features the same annular line tube technology as the NTG5, which employs acoustic perforations along the length of the microphone in place of the linear slots found in other shotguns and on-camera microphones. This revolutionary acoustic design delivers unmatched transparency, and a natural, uncoloured sound. Add to this an incredibly flat frequency response, highly directional supercardioid polar pattern, and very low self-noise, and what you have is a compact on-camera microphone that contends with the world’s best shotgun mics.

The Rode PSA1 professional studio boom arm simplifies microphone positioning for radio, broadcast, studio and home applications. A horizontal reach of 820mm and a vertical reach of 840mm make microphone adjustments easy with full 360-degree rotation for versatile movement. Included Velcro cable wraps keep cords organised. Use the clamp attachment for desks up to 55mm thick or the insert attachment on desks up to 70mm thick to easily install the boom arm. The PSA1 is designed for the Rode Procaster and Podcaster. Add the PSM1 shock mount (sold separately) to support most microphones weighing between 700g (1.5lb) and 1.1kg (2.4lb).

WS-Chroma is a set of two foam windshields for the VideoMic NTG coloured blue and green, making them suitable for chroma keying. The coloured foam enables the microphone to be placed in the frame and closer to the talent for optimal sound quality. Chroma key compositing can then be used to remove the microphone from the image.
