The Alesis Nitro Ultimate is a nine-piece electronic drum kit built around dual-zone mesh heads and Zildjian-sampled cymbal voices. The kit includes a stand-mounted hi-hat controller that works with traditional hi-hat stands, dual-zone crash and ride cymbals with choke functionality, and an 8-inch mesh kick tower with pedal. The Nitro Ultimate Module houses 52 drum kits and over 640 sounds, combining acoustic samples with electronic tones for quick sonic variety across genres. Each tom measures 8 inches with dual-zone mesh heads and metal hoops, while the snare spans 10 inches with the same construction. The hi-hat controller sits on a movable stand mount, supporting advanced playing techniques through its dual-zone 10-inch cymbal pad. Two 10-inch dual-zone crashes and one 10-inch ride complete the cymbal setup, all responding to edge and bow strikes plus choke articulation. Bluetooth audio streaming allows direct play-along practice, while USB MIDI connects to recording software and virtual instruments. The module offers stereo TRS outputs, headphone and auxiliary inputs, plus nine trigger inputs via DB25 and two via quarter-inch TRS. The kit includes 90-day access to Drumeos interactive lesson platform alongside BFD Player software with the Dark Mahogany Expansion Pack and Core Library. The four-post steel rack features locking clamps for stable positioning. Sixteen user kit slots supplement the 36 factory presets, with all sounds professionally recorded and ready to trigger.
