The PDP Concept Maple Classic 3-Piece Shell Pack brings contemporary hardware engineering into a vintage-inspired aesthetic. Built from 6– and 7–ply European Maple, these shells deliver a warm, resonant tone with sufficient projection for rock and alternative settings. PDP's dual–turret lug design distributes tension evenly across the shell, whilst True–Pitch tuning rods offer 20% more threads per square inch than conventional rods—a tangible advantage for precise pitch control and stability across extended playing sessions.

The pack comprises a 9×13″ tom, 16×16″ floor tom, and 16×22″ bass drum, each fitted with matching Ebony Hoops and paired with vintage–style claw hooks. A 45–degree bearing edge contributes to the punchy attack characteristic of this series, whilst Remo drum heads come factory–installed. The Ebony Stain finish with Ebony Hoops creates a cohesive, contemporary look without sacrificing the classic shell configuration that appeals to working drummers across multiple genres.
