The Tama HH915D Speed Cobra 910 Lever Glide Hi-Hat Stand represents Tama's refinement of the Iron Cobra platform, a design lineage recognised worldwide for responsive footwork and durability. The Lever Glide mechanism replaces traditional pull systems with a roller-bearing fulcrum and Kevlar® strap, delivering smoother pedal action with reduced noise. This stand appeals to drummers who demand precision feel across studio and live environments.

Construction centres on aerospace-grade Oiles® bearing hinges, which minimise friction and eliminate side-to-side play better than standard ball bearings. The HH915D weighs 5.2 kg and spans 745–960 mm in height with the standard rod, or 745–810 mm with the included short rod. The long footboard matches the Speed Cobra bass drum pedal specification, offering extended leverage and footwork sensitivity. Quick-Set clutch design allows one-touch cymbal attachment without tools. Non-loosening tension rods and the Spare-The-Rods protector tube shield hardware during transport. Six-way tension adjustment, footboard angle control, and a tilt system accommodate varied playing styles and floor configurations. Larger rubber feet with switchable Duo-Spike metal points prevent stand drift.

The Glide-Tite Grip Joint employs metal-to-metal contact for secure mounting isolation, maximising cymbal resonance by preventing stand vibration transfer. Swivel foot geometry expands setup flexibility without sacrificing stability on compact kits.
