The TimeLine MX is Strymon's comprehensive delay pedal combining multiple delay algorithms, integrated reverb, and a looper in a single stompbox. Designed for guitarists and producers who need studio-quality time-based effects without juggling multiple pedals, it builds on the original TimeLine architecture with expanded processing power and modern connectivity. The defining feature is its dual-DSP engine running delay and reverb simultaneously, each with independent parameter control and routing options. Twelve delay machine types span tape, analogue, and digital emulations, each with adjustable modulation, filtering, and feedback characteristics. Time ranges extend from 30 milliseconds to nine seconds in standard modes, with up to six minutes available in long-looper mode. The reverb section offers eight distinct algorithms including plate, spring, and room models, running in series or parallel with the delay path. Rear-panel connectivity includes stereo quarter-inch inputs and outputs, MIDI in/out/thru on five-pin DIN, expression pedal input, and USB for firmware updates and preset management. The 480 preset locations are organised across three onboard banks plus extended MIDI-accessible storage.
