Its signature body shape - sculpted, lightweight, and mahogany - is stronger and more musically responsive than guitars weighing twice as much. The S series is still a rock 'n' roll version of a quick, graceful, and potentially lethal weapon.

This S Series guitar features Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker pickups in the neck and bridge positions provide an aggressive tone and a powerful attack. The Fluence Single Width pickup in the middle position delivers a warm, clear tone a stunning punch without excess noise. The Voicing switch allows the pickups to switch from a modern, active high output sound to a crisp, clean and fluid sound.

The Nitro Wizard, five-piece neck is complimented by a Macassar Ebony fretboard that produces a tight low and mid range with an iconic attack on the high end, quick response and rich sustain. It also has luminescent side dot inlays to make it easy for players to perform on dark stages, matching the dazzling luminescent Ibanez headstock logo.

The equipped, Gibraltar Standard II is a simple fixed bridge that was designed to unify with the guitar's body and provide optimal transfer of each string's vibration. Smooth surface is designed to maximize playing comfort.
