The Cole Clark Recording AN2EC pairs Australian luthiery with an all-rosewood construction rarely seen in locally made instruments. Built around a cutaway Grand Auditorium body with internally carved top and back, this Recording series model uses AA grade rosewood for both soundboard and back/sides, delivering the warm midrange compression and rich overtone bloom rosewood is known for. The inclusion of Cole Clark's PG3s pickup system makes this a studio and stage-ready acoustic with onboard amplification designed to capture the natural voice of the timber. The body features a 25.5-inch scale length, 12-inch radius ebony fretboard, and 44mm nut width. Mahogany or Queensland Maple neck options are available, each topped with a slotted headstock bearing a retro Cole Clark logo. Grover machine heads and Graph Tech Tusq nut and saddle deliver stable tuning performance. The nitrocellulose natural satin finish lets the rosewood breathe, while abalone dot inlays and an inlaid timber rosette add visual detail. D'Addario XS Phosphor Bronze 12-53 strings come fitted as standard, and a tweed hardcase is included along with a pickguard stored inside.
