The Epiphone Joan Jett Olympic Special Electric Guitar channels decades of rock defiance into a single-pickup instrument that prizes directness over decoration. Modelled after Jett's original Epiphone Olympic Special, this signature model pairs an asymmetrical double-cutaway mahogany body with a glued-in mahogany neck and a single PowerHammer ProBucker humbucker at the bridge. The result is a stripped-back rock machine that favours raw power and speed over tonal complexity. Olympic White finish, die-cast tuners, and a Graph Tech nut complete the hardware spec. The neck follows the Olympic Special profile with a rosewood fretboard sporting a 12" radius and 22 medium jumbo frets with pearloid dot inlays. Scale length measures 628.65 mm. Control layout is deliberately minimal: a single CTS volume potentiometer fitted with a black Speed knob offering rubber grip for stage adjustments, plus an on/off toggle that doubles as a kill switch. The MTB605 bridge anchors string tension, while nickel die-cast tuners handle the headstock duties.
