The E-II Horizon NT-7 EverTune represents ESP's Tokyo-built extended range series, engineered for players who demand precise tuning stability across seven strings. The defining feature here is the EverTune constant tension bridge, a fully mechanical system that maintains pitch accuracy and intonation integrity regardless of temperature shifts, string tension variations, or aggressive playing techniques. This neck-through design combines a thin U-shaped maple neck with an alder body and ebony fingerboard across a 25.5-inch scale length, delivering the snap and clarity required for extended low-end work without sacrificing upper register response. EMG active pickups handle the signal path: an 85-7H in the neck position and an 81-7H Brushed Black Chrome at the bridge, both featuring close aperture coils that deliver tight bass response and pronounced high-frequency articulation. The ebony fingerboard hosts 24 extra-jumbo frets, providing substantial wire for bends and vibrato work on the lower strings. Gotoh locking tuners anchor the headstock, working in tandem with a graphite nut to maintain string stability from saddle to post. ESP strap locks, a hard case, and Black finish complete the package.
