The LTD AW-XJ7 Baritone EverTune is the signature 7-string model for Alex Wade of Whitechapel, built to handle extreme tunings with consistency and control. Based on the LTD XJ shape, this instrument pairs a 27" baritone scale with an EverTune constant tension bridge, maintaining stable pitch and feel even under aggressive playing conditions.

A swamp ash body with a Black Open Grain Satin finish is matched to a five-piece maple, walnut, and padauk neck, delivering a rigid and resonant platform for modern high-gain tones. The Macassar ebony fingerboard is fitted with 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets for durability and precision, while the Thin U neck profile supports fast, controlled performance.

Electronics are kept focused with a single DiMarzio D-Activator 7 passive pickup, delivering tight low-end response and clear articulation for down-tuned riffing. A push/pull volume control allows coil-splitting for added tonal flexibility. Hardware includes LTD locking tuners and an EverTune F Model bridge with gold saddles, ensuring tuning stability and consistent string tension across all registers. An ESP form-fit hardshell case is included.
