This meticulously crafted instrument captures the raw spirit and unmistakable visual impact of the original Frankie, complete with an aged finish that honours the battle-worn aesthetic of Eddie's famous axe. The basswood Strat®-style body pairs with a graphite-reinforced quartersawn maple neck featuring an oiled back finish for exceptional playing comfort during extended sessions.

Built for fast and furious playing styles, the 12"-16" compound radius maple fingerboard sports 22 jumbo frets that facilitate the kind of technical wizardry Eddie was known for. The HSS pickup routing mirrors the original configuration, housing an EVH Wolfgang® humbucking bridge pickup alongside a red phenolic bobbin EVH Strat® neck pickup that's selectable via the push/push volume knob, plus a dummy five-way blade in the middle position. The EVH-branded Floyd Rose® locking trem works with the locking nut to maintain precise tuning through extreme pitch changes, while the EVH D-Tuna® allows instant drop-D tuning at the flick of a finger.

Authentic details abound throughout, from the black skirted Strat-style volume control knob labelled "tone" to the custom black Frankie pickguard and distressed black hardware.
