At the heart of the Classic Telecaster® are a pair of Coastline™ ’63 single-coil pickups, designed to capture the soulful clarity and snap that defined early Tele® tones. A 3-position blade switch offers essential pickup combinations, while the knurled flat-top knobs and Greasebucket™ tone circuit ensure intuitive tonal shaping with no added muddiness.
