The Modern "C"-profile neck features a satin urethane finish for a smooth feel, while the 9.5"-radius slab rosewood or one-piece maple fingerboard boasts rolled edges and 22 medium jumbo frets for effortless playability.

The alder body delivers the signature Fender punch and is available in a variety of new finishes. The Player II Modified humbucker in the bridge position offers articulate tones with plenty of output, while the Player II Noiseless™ Strat® pickups provide classic chime and sparkle without unwanted noise. A push/pull switch on the second tone control splits the bridge humbucker, unlocking traditional Strat® single-coil tones for additional versatility.
