Ibanez UB805 MOB Upright Electric Bass Guitar 5 String (Walnut)

Ibanez UB805 is truly a one-of-a-kind instrument. The 5pc Maple/Walnut neck provides tonal clarity and superior attack while Jatoba fretboard has a reddish-brown colour and produces a rich mid-range with a crisp high end.

The Maple wing body offers a bright and clear sound. The custom bridge contains the magic of the AeroSilk Piezo system to provide that sense of "air" that characterises upright sound. The Piezo active tone control was designed for the AeroSilk Piezo.

The AeroSilk MR5 bridge has unique saddles which are specifically designed to work in concert with the piezo pickups to enhance the acoustic "upright" quality of the tone. It is custom-made perfectly for both finger and bow play styles.
