The Jackson JS Series Spectra Bass JS2 brings together offset body styling and powerful tone in a highly affordable 4-string bass that's built for serious players. The poplar body features a large upper horn that distributes weight evenly across the instrument, eliminating neck dive and ensuring comfortable playing during extended sessions. A bolt-on maple neck with scarf joint construction provides excellent sustain, while the speed neck contour and 12" radius laurel fingerboard with 24 frets allow for fast, fluid playability across the entire range.

Sonic versatility comes from the combination of a Jackson J-style bridge pickup and P-style neck pickup, offering everything from punchy growls to clear, articulate tones suitable for funk, rock, gospel and beyond. The active bass boost circuit can be fine-tuned using the volume, blend and bass boost controls, with a clever push/pull selector on the volume knob that bypasses the active circuit when needed-meaning you'll never be caught out by a flat battery mid-performance. The hardtail bridge adds rock-solid stability, improved sustain and enhanced tonal depth, while black hardware and a distinctive 2x2 headstock with understated J logo complete the sleek aesthetic.
