An updated version of the defining .strandberg* tremolo-equipped guitar, the Boden Prog NX 6 continues to build on one of the most popular models in the .strandberg* lineup. Known for its refined style, expressive tremolo capabilities, and clarity of tone, the Prog NX 6 returns for 2024 with a number of thoughtful improvements inspired by player feedback.

Most notably, the new model reintroduces Roasted Maple necks—now paired with jet-black Ebonol fretboards—for enhanced playability and visual contrast. The chambered Swamp Ash body, solid Maple top with Flame Maple veneer, and American-made Suhr™ pickups remain untouched due to their widespread acclaim. Rounding out the feature set is the EGS Rev7B tremolo bridge with pop-in tremolo arm, offering improved tuning stability and effortless control.
