The MiniLab Mk3 is a compact MIDI controller from Arturia that pairs 25 velocity-sensitive mini keys with eight backlit performance pads and 16 assignable encoders. This Alpine White limited edition brings studio-grade control to a portable form factor measuring just 368mm wide, with a responsive keybed that tracks dynamics accurately for expressive melodic input. The controller integrates with Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro and other major DAWs through native mapping profiles, while also functioning as a dedicated command centre for Arturia's software instruments via tight integration with Analog Lab. Each mini key features velocity sensitivity across a three-octave range accessible via octave shift buttons, while the eight RGB-backlit pads respond to both velocity and aftertouch for expressive drum programming and clip triggering. Sixteen rotary encoders provide hands-on parameter control with visual feedback, and the entire unit connects via USB-C for both power and MIDI communication. The controller ships with over 6,500 sounds from Analog Lab Intro, plus Ableton Live Lite and Native Instruments Guitar Rig LE. A sustain pedal input and chord and scale modes extend the creative palette beyond standard MIDI controller functionality.
