Enjoy one of the first electronic musical instruments as a re-imagined, sleek device thanks to the Moog Etherware Theremini theremin. This instrument melds the experience of an instrument you play with your hands but you don't touch with digital tools that help you learn how to play. If you already know how to play the theremin, this device lets you take off the training wheels and start at an advance level.

The Theremini works due to its assistive pitch quantisation technology. This software lets you adjust the level of playing difficulty. When this program is at its highest level, you play every note on a perfect scale. When you hit the A note, this thermin plays an A note. When you decrease the level of computer control, you become more expressive with your notes. Slight finger movements and hand motions let you form different pitches, and vibrato is possible.

A built-in tuner gives you real-time visual feedback as you play each note, thereby giving you a chance to see precisely how your hands alter the notes as you correct your positioning. Presets let you select from 32 wave or wavetable-based patches, while a headphone jack lets you practise in private.
