The Australian Monitor XDS212 is a dual 12" bandpass subwoofer engineered to anchor low–frequency reproduction in live sound and installed systems. This passive design delivers 600W RMS continuous power with 1200W programme rating, capable of sustained output without compromise. The bandpass enclosure configuration focuses bass energy efficiently, making it a workhorse choice for venues and touring rigs requiring controlled, articulate bottom end rather than omnidirectional boom.

Construction centres on two 12" drivers mounted in a tuned bandpass box measuring 512mm wide by 600mm deep by 680mm tall, weighing 40kg. Maximum output reaches 127dB RMS and 133dB peak, with a frequency response of 50Hz–18kHz at –3dB. Connectivity employs dual 4–pole Speakon connectors for reliable signal ingress. The sub accommodates both floor and pole–mount installation via standard 35mm hardware, whilst recessed handles enable practical transport and positioning in compact spaces.

Stacking multiple units compounds output linearly; two units deliver cumulative SPL gain whilst maintaining phase coherence typical of identical enclosures.
