The Korg NTS-4 is a six-channel performance mixer built as a DIY kit, designed to anchor small hardware rigs built around volca units, NTS instruments, modular gear, and desktop synths. It handles up to 10 total audio signals across 2 mono and 4 stereo channels, each with level control, mute, and CUE monitoring. The steel chassis keeps everything stable even in fully patched setups, and the compact footprint sits at the centre of your rig without dominating space.Every mono input switches between line-level and modular-level signals via a built-in attenuator, making it straightforward to integrate Eurorack gear. All inputs use 3.5 mm mini-jacks, while main outputs are 6.35 mm. The mixer includes two independent stereo effects engines for per-channel SEND processing-delay, ping-pong delay, hall and spring reverbs, and chorus-plus a master effects section with filters, isolator, modulation, distortion, compression, and limiting. USB-C provides 24-bit audio at 48 kHz (2-in/2-out) for DAW integration and recording. Auxiliary SEND and RETURN connections let you patch external effects or devices like the NTS-1.As a Nu:Tekt series kit, assembly is straightforward and the resulting mixer is built to survive studio and live use.
