It does show some signs of superficial wear, but after all you need to be able to use your rental! Includes: soft case, reed, cork grease, Yamaha 4C mouthpiece, ligature, end plug, pull through, neck strap and mouth cap NOTE: Underwent severe dent work to make playable. low C# tone hole, key and body post were damage, Low Eb and top E,F#,G post was pushed into the body tube, superficial signs of repairs remain
