Pearl's Decade Maple series brings 5.4mm, 6-ply all-maple shells to a price point that was previously out of reach. The thin EvenPly-Six construction delivers the warm, full tone maple is known for, while low-mass hardware including NDL tuning lugs, die-cast claws and Uni-Lock tom arms allows the shells to resonate freely. The Opti-Loc three-point tom mounting system suspends each tom for maximum sustain and projection, making this kit equally suited to the rehearsal room or the stage. This 6-piece Fusion Plus configuration includes a 22x18" bass drum with double tom mount, 10x7" and 12x8" rack toms, 16x16" and 18x16" floor toms, plus a matching 14x5.5" snare drum. The shell pack ships with two TH-900I/C tom arms and a complete Pearl 930 series hardware pack featuring snare stand, hi-hat stand, two boom cymbal stands and bass drum pedal. Finished in UV-cured Satin Slate Black lacquer, the Decade series is the only all-maple lacquered kit at this price backed by Pearl's quality assurance.
