Electro-Voice EVOLVE-30M G2 Portable Powered Column System

The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 30M G2 is a portable column PA with a built-in 8-channel digital mixer, controlled wirelessly through the QuickSmart App over Bluetooth. A 10-inch woofer and six 2.8-inch neodymium drivers are powered by a 1,500W amp, reaching 125 dB maximum SPL for events of up to 150 attendees. The 120degrees x 40degrees coverage pattern is tilted down to reach seated and standing listeners evenly, and the magnet-seated pole and gravity-held column assemble by hand without tools.
Mixing and tone shaping are handled on board. Four QuickSmartDSP presets (Music, Live, Speech and Club) sit alongside 3-band EQ and five user presets, all accessible from a 2.8-inch colour LCD. Inputs include XLR/TRS combo jacks, switchable 48 V phantom power, a stereo RCA/3.5 mm line input, footswitch FX control and Bluetooth true wireless stereo streaming. QuickSmart Link joins two units for stereo, and the QuickSmart App can control several compatible Electro-Voice portable systems over extended-range Bluetooth.
A laminar flow vent design on the subwoofer improves low-frequency output and efficiency, supporting a 51 Hz-20 kHz frequency response that extends to 45 Hz at -10 dB. Transport is straightforward: a two-piece distance bar and column array pack into the included backpack, and a new ergonomic top handle makes the system easier to carry. Aimed at DJs, bands, production companies, event organisers and venues, it suits events where fast setup, light transport and a small footprint matter.
