Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50 G2 Portable Powered Column System w/ Sub - Electro-Voice (Black)

The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50 G2 is the second generation of the classic EVOLVE column PA, built around fast setup and even coverage. A 12-inch woofer and a column of eight 3.5-inch neodymium drivers sit inside a single 1,500W Class-D system, now reaching a maximum SPL of 129dB. That is more headroom than the previous generation, which suits larger rooms and busier dance floors. Frequency response runs 43Hz-20kHz, extending to 37Hz at -10dB.
Setup is tool-free. The pole seats on a magnet, the column array locks by gravity, and signal routes internally. Coverage is 120degrees horizontal by 40degrees down-tilted vertical, aimed at both seated and standing audiences. Four inputs with DSP include switchable 48V phantom power, music ducking and enhanced effects, all adjustable on a larger colour LCD. QuickSmart App 3.0 provides wireless mixing over extended-range Bluetooth, and QuickSmart Link joins two systems for stereo.
