Technics SL-1210MKX Pro Direct Drive Turntable (Black)

Technics has reimagined the SL-1200MK7 with the SL-1210MKX Pro Direct Drive Turntable, a black-finish model that combines enhanced feedback suppression with an extended pitch range for DJs demanding precision control. The coreless direct drive motor delivers the stable rotation this series is renowned for, while new cast weight components and insulators push feedback rejection further than previous generations. This turntable draws on decades of hi-fi audio engineering to ensure high sound quality across broadcast, club, and studio environments. The coreless direct drive motor system eliminates cogging for smooth, consistent platter rotation free from speed fluctuations. Pitch control extends beyond the standard range, giving DJs greater flexibility when beatmatching or adjusting tempo for creative performance techniques. Cast weight construction and strategically placed insulators work together to reduce unwanted vibrations that can compromise playback fidelity in high-SPL environments. The MKX builds on the audio heritage Technics established in its hi-fi turntable lineage, ensuring signal integrity from stylus to output. Features  Coreless direct drive motor for stable, cogging-free platter rotation Enhanced feedback suppression via cast weight and vibration insulators Extended pitch range for flexible tempo adjustment and beatmatching Black finish with pro-grade build quality and durability Hi-fi audio heritage applied to DJ turntable design Direct drive system ensures consistent speed accuracy during playback Cast weight construction minimises unwanted resonance and vibration High torque motor for quick start-up and back-cueing
