In the late 1850's, Baron von Mueller", government botanist of Victoria was responsible for planting the Melbourne and Ballarat Botanical Gardens. Among the species planted were Californian Redwoods. Cole Cark have been using some of the trees that the Barron was responsible for planting over 150 years ago throughout Victoria including Jamieson and Ballarat. This is an extremely resonant tone wood and is striking to look at. Fat Lady 2 Six String Series come with the Cole Clark Patented Three Way pickup system including a Piezo pickup under the bridge saddle, a Face Sensor as well as a microphone. FL2 guitars feature "AA" grade solid timbers, snowflake mother of pearl fretboard inlays & headstock fascia..
